NY Times Article Features Byrd Case Before NC Supreme Court

My sister-in-law Erwin Byrd was quoted in a NY Times article that describes a suit before the NC Supreme Court.  Erwin is a lawyer with Legal Aid of North Carolina who has brought the suit to the NC Supreme Court to contest very harsh punishments doled out to a group of students involved in an fight.
